MEET THE FOUNDER
Adam Hogue
Adam has spent 15 years advising K-12 leaders, supporting dozens of superintendents and leading teams that worked with more than 300 districts. Before founding LearnScope, he was an executive at BetterLesson and a strategy consultant at District Management Group.
Adam is the son of two public school educators from Ohio. Over and over in his career, he watched leaders with deep instructional expertise struggle to translate their vision into change for students and educators. The barriers were organizational: managing complex change, building the right coalitions, and leading through systems and structures without being in every classroom. That is the problem he started LearnScope to solve.
Adam lives in Massachusetts with his wife and son, where you can find him watching Cleveland sports (optimism required) and trying to identify birds in his backyard. He holds an AB in Government from Harvard College and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
